These conditions exclusively govern the sales of goods by Kouni Bouni. By placing an order on this site, you accept the General Conditions of Sale mentioned on this page.
These conditions can be modified without any prior notification and it remains the customer's responsibility to take note of them before placing an order.
Products
The products for sale on our website are vintage and second-hand fashion clothes and accessories. Due to their age and their history, pre-loved clothes may therefore show signs of time and natural slight imperfections. We always inspect carefully each garment and make sure to mention any imperfection in their description.
Orders
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been placed. The sale will only be concluded from the confirmation of the order. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.
Kouni Bouni reserves the right not to record a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.
Availability
Our products are offered as long as they are visible on our website and within the limits of available stocks.
In the exceptional case of unavailability of a product once the order has been placed, we will inform you by email.
Your order will be automatically canceled and we will initiate an immediate refund process.
Delivery
We ship the products to you at the address indicated during the ordering process. For Mondial Relay shipment, please make sure to indicate the relay point of your choice.
In the event of a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery type and the country of destination.
Prices
The prices of our products are indicated in euros.
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.
If you request delivery outside French territory, your order may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties when it reaches its destination. The payment of these duties and taxes are your responsibility and we invite you to check with the competent authorities in your country.
Payment
The price of the products is payable on the day of the actual order.
Payments are made on the site by credit card and are done securely via the PayPal platform which encrypts and protects your card number.
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your product. Returns are to be made in their original condition. In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage to the product on this occasion may compromise the possibility of an exchange. All return costs are your responsibility.
Disputes
These conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute on the substance or on the form, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether they are software, visual or sound.
