Delivery & Return
ORDERS
After your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
The order is shipped via La Poste, Mondial Relay or UPS within 5 working days. Please keep in mind that we are a small family runned shop working also with physical stores. Sometime we might take a little more time to have your order ready.
If this dispatch deadline cannot be respected (in particular due to holidays), you will be informed.
For any express shipment, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
DELIVERY
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary by country and shipping method. They are calculated at the shopping cart.
Orders are sent in reused and recyclable packaging by post via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
You will receive an email on the day of dispatch with the tracking number of your order.
Estimates of standard delivery times:
France - 2-5 days once posted.
Europe - 3-10 days once posted.
Rest of the world - 1-2 weeks once posted.
If you need faster delivery, please contact us before so we can select the right shipping method.
Kouni Bouni is not responsible for delivery delays once the parcels are sent, nor for any loss of items within the postal services.
RETURNS
Each second-hand piece we sell has its own history and past. Thus, natural signs of wear should be expected. It is part of the piece's charm and that's what makes it unique.
Returns policy:
We accept exchanges for our vintage products, not returns. Your requests should be sent to kounibouni@gmail.com and a return address will be provided to you. You have 14 days to return the product to us after receipt. After this period, Kouni Bouni reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
Remember to return the package to us with a tracking number; If the parcel does not reach us, and you do not have proof of sending and tracking, we will not be able to make the exchange.
All return costs are your responsibility.
The exchange can be made between two products of equal value, if necessary the difference will remain to be settled.
